Basic Drawing Choose one date Monday, July 1 - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Class description: This class is for anyone whoever doodles, keeps a journal and enjoys sketching and wants to explore ways to tap into your creative self. Drawing is the basic foundation for moving forward toward sketching, painting, and watercolors. The class will begin with a demonstration of wet and dry mediums. We will discuss issues of composition, perspective, line, form, and storytelling in a drawing. We will draw from observation in the studio. I recommend students follow this class with an additional classes before moving on to Beginning Watercolor. Still life Drawing for Beginners gives students the background needed to work outside with landscape studies.
