Class description: Learn to draw and paint using watercolors inspired by forms directly drawn in the flower and vegetable gardens that surround the studio. This is a daylong class is taught in the studio of painter Kathryn Field at Field Fine Art. The class will start with a morning in the studio with demonstrations on drawing, a discussion of composition and basic watercolor techniques. In the afternoon we will move outside, and students can focus on drawing flowers or vegetables in the garden. There is a covered deck facing the garden where students can work in case of rain.

Please bring a bag lunch to enjoy on the porch. Scheduled dependent on adequate enrollment.
Space is limited to 8 students. This allows each person a large table space to work and be at least 6ft. apart from each other. For the safety of all, I ask that each person be fully vaccinated. If for some reason you are not vaccinated please call to discuss.
